To place an order, customers must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Payments for services are due in full upon agreement to a pricing plan. All payments are processed securely.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

Refunds are available if only a vocal demo has been sent and the customer has not received the final vocal files.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the demo.
Once final vocal files are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing clear and accurate instructions for your project.
Ensuring that your song or project does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Communicating promptly regarding any concerns or issues with the vocal demo.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom vocals provided by Serouj G Vocals are the property of Serouj G Vocals until full payment is received.
Upon receiving the final vocal files and completing the payment, you retain the rights to the vocals for your project.
Serouj G Vocals retains the right to use snippets of your vocals in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Serouj G Vocals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific needs or expectations, and we are not responsible for any technical issues that may occur.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these Terms of Use or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Serouj G Vocals.

9. Changes to Terms
