At Serouj G Vocals, we are committed to providing top-quality vocal services for your music projects. We understand that sometimes things may not align as expected. Therefore, we offer a clear and fair refund policy to ensure peace of mind for our customers.

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are available only if the customer has received a demo of the vocals and has not yet received the final vocal files.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the demo.

• Once the full vocal files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.​

Refund Process:

• If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive a full refund for the price of the selected plan.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.​

Please Note:

• Refunds are only granted for the demo stage of the project, and any work completed after the demo, including final vocal files, is non-refundable.

• If you have any concerns or are not satisfied with the demo, we encourage you to reach out promptly so we can address any issues before final delivery.​
